As the darkness comes, the night comes
It comes from the sun leaving
The space where we can visualize it
The night comes but it is not a switch
The tides role, the clouds move
The moon comes away from its slumber
The night gently crawls to its place
The clouds float around
They keep watch on all that is below
The birds trade off and the owls come out
It time for the wise owl to take watch
The bats flutter to eat all that flies
My night time comes
Sometimes without the moon and darkness
It comes in the form or restore
Restore my mind
restore my heart
restore my body
Some days take all the energy out
Some nights keep the energy out
Either way, the night comes
What will I do with it?
Will I replay all the events?
Will I replay all the thoughts I should have said?
But what if, for a moment, I did not stay quiet
What if I spoke out with no fear?
What if I faced another fear?
